A first note does not need a perfect extract. It needs the school’s name, roughly when the governors (or the education office) will sit, and whether you already have last year’s examination file.

We read enquiries Monday to Friday. If you write on a Thursday afternoon, expect a reply by the following Tuesday. For a date that is already close, telephone so we can say quickly whether the half day is free.

The form opposite sends a copy to the desk. It does not take payment. If the form fails, use the telephone or email; both reach the same people who draw the pictures.
