These are starting figures in Georgian lari, not a menu you tick online. The quote moves when the leaving cohort is large, when several campuses share a name, when the extract arrives in five different layouts, or when you need a Georgian-language governors’ summary as well as the English pack.
What the fee already covers
Time to read the extract, draft pictures, take your corrections, print the pack, travel within Tbilisi for the session (or host you on Kipshidze Street), and answer follow-up questions for the period named on the briefing page. Colour printing for a typical pack is included. Overnight stays outside Tbilisi are listed on the quote.
What is quoted separately

- A written annex aimed at an external visit, which takes more caution around small groups
How we hold a date
A 30 percent booking note reserves the briefing day once we have agreed the scope. The remainder is due when the pack is handed over (print and PDF). We invoice from Tbilisi. We do not take card payments on this site; the fees page is information only.
If the figures are not ready
If the extract is incomplete, we pause. We do not charge the remainder until the briefing can actually be drawn. The booking note is treated as set out on the refund page — including what happens if the school postpones after drafts have already been made.
Write with the school name and the meeting date. We send a one-page quote, not a rate card with three named tiers.
