We handle personal data under the law of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, school or organisation, the briefing you selected, a preferred date, and your message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From the school, if a briefing is booked: extracts of examination, attendance, and assessment figures. We ask that pupil names not be included. If a file still contains names or identifiers, we treat it as personal data and limit who can open it.

We also collect technical logs the host may store (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and, if you accept cookies, a small record of which journal pages were opened. See the cookie note.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers, identity documents, or health records on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to an enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interest in answering a request you initiated, and steps toward a contract)
To draw and deliver a briefing you have commissioned (contract)
To invoice and keep accounting records required in Georgia (legal obligation)
To remember your cookie choice (consent, or essential storage)
To understand, if you accept analytics cookies, which journal articles are read (consent)

We do not sell lists and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries: twelve months, then deleted unless you ask us to keep a note for a later meeting. Quotes that were not accepted: twelve months. Booked briefings: the pack and correspondence for six years after the invoice (accounting and dispute limitation). Pupil-level files, if any slipped through: deleted within thirty days after the briefing unless a longer legal hold applies. Server logs: according to the host’s cycle, typically under ninety days.

International transfers

The site is served from infrastructure that may store logs outside Georgia. Enquiry forms post to a static mock endpoint on this host for demonstration; in production we would keep enquiry mail on systems we control. If a transfer outside Georgia is needed, we will use a lawful mechanism and say so. School extracts for a live briefing are stored on office systems in Tbilisi, not in a public folder.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, object to some uses, withdraw cookie consent, and in some cases ask for erasure or restriction. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. To exercise rights, write to hello@packagematrixgrid.digital or to the postal address above. We may need to confirm it is you.

School extracts belong in the first instance to the school. A parent or pupil request about marks in an extract should go to the school; we will cooperate with the director on deletion of any file we still hold.

Children

The site is written for school adults. We do not knowingly collect a child’s contact details through the form. Do not put pupil names in the message field.
