Refunds, postponement, and deposits
This page applies to school performance briefings, subject reviews, multi-school comparisons, and governor meeting packs booked with Packagematrixgrid. It does not apply to goods we do not sell, software licences we do not grant, or subscriptions we do not offer. Fees are informational on the site; a booking exists only after a written quote is accepted.
Booking note
A 30 percent booking note holds the date once scope is agreed. It is a deposit against the named briefing, not a separate product. The remainder is due when the pack is handed over (print and PDF).
When a full refund of the booking note is due
- We cancel the date and cannot offer another within a reasonable time you accept
- You withdraw in writing before we have opened your extract and before drafts exist, and the date is more than fourteen days away
- We refuse the work after seeing the extract (for example if you wanted a press league table) and no pictures have been drawn
Refunds in those cases are the booking note in full, returned by the same method you paid (bank transfer unless we agreed otherwise), within fourteen working days of the written decision.
When a partial refund applies
If you postpone or cancel after we have started reading the extract or after a proof has been sent, we keep a portion that reflects time already spent — typically the booking note, or a stated fraction on the quote if drafts are far along. The remainder of any money already paid is returned within fourteen working days. If only the booking note was paid, there may be nothing further to return.
When the booking note is not refundable
- Cancellation with fourteen days or fewer before the briefing day, unless we caused the failure (illness on our side, or the room we provided on Kipshidze Street being unusable)
- A no-show on the briefing day without a message by 09:00 that morning
- You cannot supply an extract after two agreed deadlines and we have already reserved the day
- You ask us to destroy drafts for a reason other than an error on our part, after those drafts were delivered to the agreed contact
Work already started
Once pictures exist, that labour cannot be put back. You still receive any proofs already sent. You do not receive a full briefing day if you cancelled it. We do not charge the remainder if the session never happens, except where the quote named a kill fee for late cancellation; that kill fee will not exceed the unpaid balance.
Materials
Colour printing included in the fee is part of the pack. If a pack has already been printed and you cancel the day, we may still send the printed copies; we do not refund printer costs separately. We do not buy classroom equipment or examination papers on your behalf.
Rescheduling
A first postponement, requested more than fourteen days ahead, is usually free. A second move, or a move inside fourteen days, may be charged a rearrangement sum stated on the quote (often 150–300 GEL) to cover a reprinted pack and a fresh travel slot. If we must move the date, we do not charge that sum.
No-shows
If the school party does not attend a session we attended (or hosted), the remainder of the fee is still due for that day. We will offer to send the pack as papers-only; that is not an extra refund, it is how the day is closed.

Write to hello@packagematrixgrid.digital or to Level 11, 76 Kipshidze Street, Tbilisi 0162, or telephone +995 32 555 8500. Name the school, the date, and whether you want a postponement or a cancellation. We confirm in writing. Bank refunds use the account that paid us; we do not send cash.
Time to process
Fourteen working days from our written agreement to refund, unless the bank is slower. Georgia public holidays extend that count.
Exceptions
If Georgian consumer law gives you a stronger right for the way you booked, that law prevails. These rules are written for commissioned briefings with a school or education office, not for a distance sale of a physical catalogue.
