Not every board needs a half day with an analyst in the room. Some chairs want six or eight pictures, a one-page note in plain language, and enough time for the clerk to put them in the papers. That is this pack.
You send the same kinds of extract we use for a full briefing, but we picture only what the agenda will actually touch — often the leaving cohort, attendance for the winter term, and one subject the chair has already flagged. There is no on-site session unless you add a 45-minute call (included in the starting fee if booked with the pack).
The pack is not a substitute for a first full briefing when the senior team has never seen the year drawn this way. If we think the meeting will stall without that walkthrough, we will say so and point you to the school performance briefing. From 850 GEL; extra pictures after the proof are quoted as a small add-on, not a new project.
