Who this is for

Directors and deputy heads who must put last year’s picture in front of governors, a parent committee, or an education office visit, and who do not want the meeting to become a tour of unmarked spreadsheets. It suits public and authorised private schools in Tbilisi and further out, provided you can share a complete examination series and an attendance extract.

What you leave with

A printed pack and a PDF of the same pictures; a half-day walkthrough with the analyst who drew them; a one-page note written for the governors’ papers; and two weeks in which follow-up questions by email are part of the fee. The result is that the room can name the departments, year groups, and attendance patterns that actually moved, instead of arguing about a single school average.

Scope

One named school, the academic year just closed, and the year before it for comparison. We picture Unified National Examination outcomes where they exist, internal assessments you already collect, attendance from the register, and subject-level marks if the office can export them. Pupil names are not required and should not be sent.

Included

  • A written list of the extracts we need, matched to how Georgian school offices already store marks
  • Draft pictures for your private comment before printing
  • The half-day briefing (about 3.5 hours) with up to eight people from the school
  • Colour print of the pack (twelve to twenty pages, typical) plus PDF
  • One-page governors’ summary
  • Follow-up by email for fourteen days after the briefing

Not included

We do not collect marks from classrooms, sit in on lessons, write the school development plan, appraise teachers, or keep a live copy of your figures after the work ends. There is no ongoing weekly picture unless you commission a later briefing. Missing years cannot be invented.

Who prepares it

Packagematrixgrid analysts in Tbilisi. Nino Kapanadze leads the briefing day. Giorgi Beridze checks examination series. Tamar Gelashvili reads attendance and pastoral flags you choose to share.

How the weeks run

  1. You send the school name, the meeting date, and a first note about which year of figures you hold.
  2. We reply with the extract list and a named contact.
  3. You send the files. We say within three working days if anything is unreadable or incomplete.
  4. Draft pictures go back to you. You mark what must not appear in a governors’ pack (small cohorts, identifiable groups).
  5. The briefing is held. You keep the pack. We delete pupil-level files according to the retention note in the privacy page.

Time and place

Most schools need three to four weeks from a complete extract to the briefing day. The session itself is a morning or afternoon. We travel to the school, or you come to Level 11, 76 Kipshidze Street, Tbilisi 0162. Evening sessions are possible by arrangement; they are not the default.

What the school prepares

Name a data contact in the office. Export the examination office files you already use. Export attendance for the year, not a single “percentage present.” List the three questions governors usually ask. If a subject head will sit in, tell us which department so the pictures can open on that page.

Constraints

The Georgian school year (September–June) shapes when extracts exist. A briefing in August will rest on the year just closed; a briefing in November can include the first term only as a supplement, not as a second full year. Very small leaving cohorts are pictured with care or omitted from print. We work in English for this site’s materials; a Georgian-language governors’ summary can be arranged and is quoted separately.

Fee

From 2,400 GEL for a single-school briefing of the scope above. Extra departments, a second on-site session, or a school with several campuses are quoted after we have seen the extract. A 30 percent booking note holds the date; the rest is due when the pack is delivered. See Fees and Refunds.
