A whole-school average can make a careful mathematics department look the same as a crowded one. This review takes a single subject — most often mathematics, Georgian language and literature, English, history, or a science block — and pictures marks, examination outcomes, and (if you have them) the movement of the same pupils from one year to the next.
The session is two hours, usually with the subject head and one member of the senior team. You receive a shorter pack than the full school briefing: typically eight to twelve pages, plus a half-page note the director can drop into a staff meeting.
We do not sit in lessons or rewrite schemes of work. We will say when a dip belongs to a single leaving cohort rather than to teaching, and when the extract is too thin to support that claim. The fee starts at 1,350 GEL; a department added onto a full school briefing is usually less than a stand-alone booking.
Write with the subject, the years you can share, and whether the session should be before or after the next departmental meeting.
