Terms of use
These terms apply to the website at packagematrixgrid.digital and to briefings, reviews, and meeting packs commissioned from Packagematrixgrid, working from Level 11, 76 Kipshidze Street, Tbilisi 0162. By using the site or sending an enquiry you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site and do not send school figures.
The work we offer
We prepare visual briefings and papers from extracts a school or education office already holds. The site describes that work. It does not sell software access, subscriptions, or a login. A contract for a named briefing is formed when we send a written quote and you accept it (including payment of the booking note where one is required).
Accuracy of the site
Pages are written in good faith. Fees, times, and examples can change. The quote you accept is the document that governs a booking, not a paragraph on a journal page.
Your extracts
You confirm you have the right to share the figures you send us, and that pupil names are omitted unless a lawful instruction requires otherwise. You must not send special-category health notes, court papers, or anything else we have not asked for. We may refuse or return a file that goes beyond the extract list.
Intellectual property
Pictures, page layouts, and wording we create for a briefing remain our copyright until the remainder of the fee is paid; once paid, the school may copy the pack for governors, staff, and the education office concerned with that school. You may not resell the pack, publish it as a league table, or use our name to imply we ranked other schools. The Packagematrixgrid name, the site design, and journal articles stay ours.
Liability
We draw pictures from the extract you supply. We are not responsible for marks that were wrong in the office file, for decisions a board takes after the meeting, or for inspection outcomes. Our liability for a booked briefing is limited to the fee paid for that briefing, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing on the site is legal, employment, or inspection advice.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt to break the site, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Do not send unlawful content. We may block an address that does so.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about the site or a briefing are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction elsewhere to protect copyright.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date that matters for a booking is the version in force when you accepted the quote. For site use, the version published here on the day you visit applies.
